MAINTENANCE REQUEST

Request is for current M&D Management tenants only.
Your request will be handled in the order received.

Our office or repair person may contact you for further
information, validity, and request decision or to schedule an
appointment with you. Delay in your request may be caused
by seasonal weather conditions, obtaining bids, availability
of parts or unsuccessful attempts in contacting you.

To ensure your request is received, call our office at 312-829-2273. If you call
after our business hours, leave us a message on the maintenance line.

Repairs or damages caused by the tenant will be the responsibility
of the tenant, including any subsequent charges.

If this is a true emergency that requires immediate attention call
our 24 hour EMERGENCY # 800-627-9156. If there is a threat
to your safety call 911.
